Uc7 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any uc7 services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the uc7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the uc7 platform.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors without an account, registered users, and any party accessing uc7 content via mobile device, web browser, or official application. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the uc7 platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of this service is lawful under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of uc7 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. uc7 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact uc7 support immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Not attempting to access another user's account or any part of the platform's systems without authorisation.
- Not using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games.
- Providing accurate information during the identity verification process.
- Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations when using uc7.
3. Payments & Transactions
Deposit
All financial transactions on the uc7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made using supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX online banking, and listed local banks. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and network conditions.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are only processed to a verified bank account registered under the same name as your uc7 account. uc7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours for fully verified accounts. uc7 is not liable for any delays caused by the bank or third-party payment processors.
Unauthorised Transactions
Any attempt to make a deposit using an unauthorised payment method, or to circumvent the platform's payment system, will result in account suspension and cancellation of the transaction in question. uc7 reserves the right to recover any funds obtained through fraudulent means.
4. Account Suspension & Closure
Grounds for Suspension
Uc7 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following: fraud, money laundering, bonus or promotion abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions. Suspension may also occur during an active investigation into the account.
Account Closure by User
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting uc7 customer support. Any eligible balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, subject to all outstanding wagering requirements and pending transactions. Accounts closed at the user's request cannot be re-registered using the same information without explicit approval from uc7.
Effects of Closure
Once an account is closed, you will no longer have access to any games, balances, or transaction records on the uc7 platform. uc7 will retain certain records as required by law and internal policy for a specified period.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Uc7 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or extraordinary losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming, service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised access not caused by uc7's negligence. uc7's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the uc7 platform — including logos, graphics, text, game software, and interfaces — is the intellectual property of uc7 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from uc7.
Third-Party Links
The uc7 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. uc7 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Changes to These Terms
Uc7 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the uc7 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
